Rapids Family Health Team Access to Care Centre continues to be open for episodic medical conditions, ie. urinary tract infections, ear aches, rashes, etc. If you are unwell and can’t get in touch with your primary care provider we are here to help.

Located at 481 London Rd. (London Rd. @ Norman St., Sarnia) in the London Rd. Diagnostic Clinic - 1st floor beside the pharmacy.
Patients can call 519-491-6188 for a phone consultation. While on the phone you will be triaged by a Registered Nurse and then if appropriate transferred to a Nurse Practitioner. If you need to be seen in person, arrangements will be made at that time. Our physical location is 481 London Rd. (located in the London Diagnostic Clinic @ London Rd. and Norman St., Sarnia).
The Sarnia Physicians Group use this same space for a walk-in clinic Monday thru Friday 5PM - 8PM.
