This BRAND NEW 3-Week program facilitated by a Rapids Family Health Team Registered Dietitian explores the unique nutrition needs of seniors. Program is FREE. Pre-registration is required - Call 519-339-8949 

Program runs 3 consecutive Thursdays beginning March 23, 2023 from 9:30AM -11:30AM @ 460 Christina St. N. (back entrance)
