If you or a family member are experiencing covid, cold or flu symptoms call your Primary Care Provider first. If they are unavailable to see you 

call  519-491-5395 for a respiratory, covid, cold/flu assessment/treatment. 

OPEN: Monday - Thursday 8 am - 4:30 pm         

OPEN: Friday  8 am - Noon

OPEN: Saturday 9 am - 2 pm
